Holiday Tips

Holiday season is approaching. Christmas and New Year gives us a long vacation off from work or school. It is also that time of the year that is full of celebration, party, reunion, etc. Things to avoid here is too much food and procrastination. There are a lot of things we cannot do when we have work or school, so this is the time for us to do other things like general cleaning, visiting relatives or friends, and not just sit on the couch doing nothing or just surfing over the internet. Also, with the celebrations, we cannot really avoid delicious foods. That is why we should avoid procrastinating. Have the motivation to exercise or engage into some physical activities with friends.
